Every day, PCM Nurses and Caregivers help spread hope and cheer to thousands of deserving clients and their families. Inspired by our Nurses and Caregivers’ dedication to the communities we serve, PCM started the Share The Care referral program.
When you introduce PCM to a nuclear weapons or uranium worker and that person becomes a staffed PCM client, we’ll reward you with a $1000* bonus for your efforts.

There’s No Limit On Submissions
The more you submit, the more you could earn.
To participate, simply follow the steps below:
- Reach out and find a nuclear weapons or uranium worker.
- Collect their name, city/state, and contact information.
- Submit the name of the worker to PCM.
- If the worker becomes a staffed client, collect your bonus!*
Remember to abide by all HIPAA guidelines and never discuss private client information. Nurses and Caregivers must be active at time of bonus payout to receive compensation. The Nurses and Caregivers submitting a referral cannot conduct the initial assessment on the potential client, and the referral must be new to PCM. Determination of bonus payout is at the sole discretion of PCM management.
Remember, PCM has a dedicated Community Outreach team that is available to answer any questions you may have, and they are standing by to help with a referral at any time.
