Meet The Professional Case Management Executive Team
Greg Austin has served as President of Professional Case Management (PCM) since 2005, leading its expansion to become a nationwide provider of specialty home health services. Mr. Austin also serves as a member of the Professional Advisory Board. He has led strategic and marketing initiatives in the healthcare service and media industries for over 20 years. Before joining PCM, he served as a senior leader of strategy and corporate development at Dex Media where he was responsible for developing and driving digital growth strategies. He was also a key member of the transaction team in the company’s $9.5 billion sale in 2006. As a senior management consultant for Computer Sciences Corp., he led healthcare engagements driving operational efficiencies, improving quality of care and streamlining systems to maximize profitability.
Mr. Austin is a founding member of the Advisory Committee for Cold War Patriots, a community resource organization created to connect nuclear weapons and uranium workers with the information, resources and people necessary to help them with their individual situations.
Mr. Austin earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Metropolitan State University of Denver and his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Colorado Denver.
Vice President of Compliance
Hollis Baugh joined Professional Case Management in 2019 as Vice President of Compliance, enhancing PCM’s compliance efforts on federal, state and international levels. Prior to joining PCM, he oversaw the buildout of a comprehensive HIPAA program for a Denver healthcare startup, in addition to furthering its other state and federal regulatory compliance requirements.
Mr. Baugh is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and spent ten years working in the anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing compliance arena, during which time he interfaced with numerous state and federal regulatory and law enforcement agencies. He is highly proficient in HIPAA, GDPR, BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, FDCPA, Reg. E, TCPA and FCRA.
Mr. Baugh earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and his master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver.
Chief Information Officer
Charlie Billings joined Professional Case Management as Chief Information Officer in 2019, and has over 25 years of information technology management experience. Before joining PCM, Mr. Billings was Chief Technology Officer at LT Trust Company. There, he created a technology platform which allowed the company to scale to 10 times its original size through automation, while building an IT department that achieved top compliance ratings from regulators.
Mr. Billings started his IT career with Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group, implementing large information systems, and has since held IT Director positions at Fiserv, First Data, and Qwest Communications. In those positions, he led software development, software quality, program management, security, and compliance teams.
Mr. Billings received his bachelor’s degree from Boston University and his master’s degree in Management and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Christy Crase joined Professional Case Management as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel in 2019. Ms. Crase brings over 20 years of in-house and law firm experience to the PCM Team. Most recently, Ms. Crase worked in the dialysis industry as Associate General Counsel of Payor and Commercial Contracting at DaVita, Senior Counsel for the Renal Division of Baxter International, and Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for the Americas region of Gambro Renal Products, Inc. Prior to that, Ms. Crase worked as Associate General Counsel at Washington Group International, where she negotiated Department of Energy waste clean-up site contracts. She currently works with several nonprofit organizations and is a member of the DPS Foundation Board of Directors.
Ms. Crase earned her bachelor’s degree from Regis University and her law degree from Texas Tech School of Law.
Chief Operating Officer
Brad Drevno joined Professional Case Management as the Chief Operating Officer in 2016. Mr. Drevno brings over 21 years of executive leadership experience from General Electric and Accenture to the PCM team. His career has focused on organizational and operational leadership where he was responsible for developing and leading global operating teams in multiple capacities including as the client customer leader, the quality leader, the operations leader and the client account lead. He has specialized in improving operating processes through Six Sigma methodology and developing, mentoring and coaching high performing teams. Most recently, he led the commercial operating functions for Accenture’s North American health & public service industry vertical.
Mr. Drevno received his bachelor’s degree from California State University. He currently supports several nonprofit organizations and serves as an Executive Board Member at the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business.
Chief Financial Officer
Curtis Fletcher joined Professional Case Management as Chief Financial Officer in 2010. Mr. Fletcher has over 20 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. He previously served as the CFO for Local Matters, Inc. a leading provider of online technology solutions and services focused on the local search industry. While at Local Matters he managed all aspects of the finance, accounting and administrative functions and was directly involved in numerous fundraising events and multiple acquisitions.
Prior to Local Matters, Mr. Fletcher held senior finance positions with several technology development companies including TIAN Software and ProductBuzz, and was a practicing CPA with an international accounting firm.
Mr. Fletcher earned his bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University, his master’s degree from the University of Alabama and is a licensed certified public accountant.
Tee Lea Ong
Chief Marketing Officer & Chief Outreach Officer
Tee Lea Ong joined Professional Case Management as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Outreach Officer in 2013. Mr. Ong has 25 years of strategic marketing and channel marketing experience. Most recently, he served as Vice President and Head of Marketing at WildBlue Communications, a leading provider of broadband communications to the rural U.S. Prior to Wild Blue Communications he served at Alta Colleges as Corporate Vice President and Head of Strategy. He held various senior positions at communications and media companies including Verizon, Qwest, and Dex Media. Mr. Ong started his career in the consulting industry with the Boston Consulting Group, and served as a principal at Capgemini.
Mr. Ong earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from City University of New York and his master’s degree in economics from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
Vice President of Community Outreach
Kevin Fitzgerald has served as Vice President of Community Outreach for Professional Case Management since 2010. Before joining the PCM team, he served as Regional Manager of sales and marketing operations, for the Rocky Mountain region of McKesson Corporation, a Fortune 15 health care services company. Mr. Fitzgerald’s experience with health care services, and his commitment to assisting clients with receiving quality health care in the privacy and comfort of their own home under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA), is an invaluable asset to PCM’s current and future clients.
Mr. Fitzgerald earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial relations and marketing from the University of Iowa.
Vice President of Specialized Services
Kelly Garber joined PCM in January 2019 in the role of General Manager for PCM’s Impairments Division. Since that time, she has also assumed responsibility for PCM’s Catastrophic Care Division, in line with her desire to serve more clients with the quality care they deserve. Prior to joining PCM, Ms. Garber spent fifteen years serving in various leadership roles at Apria Healthcare, most recently as Senior Director, Clinical Services and Marketing. In this capacity, she oversaw the activities of over 650 clinicians nationwide. Ms. Garber was instrumental in the development and launch of a highly successful service line, which resulted in significantly improved client outcomes. She has extensive experience in the medical device industry, having led quality and clinical initiatives for Philips Respironics, a prominent manufacturer of respiratory equipment.
Ms. Garber holds a clinical degree in Respiratory Therapy and has been licensed to practice Respiratory Care for over 20 years.
Vice President, Business Operations
Rick Heth joined Professional Case Management in 2010 to build PCM’s mobile clinical research division, PCM TRIALS. Mr. Heth has 14 years of experience building and leading health care and technology companies. Mr. Heth served as President of NexScreen, an in-vitro diagnostics company, where under his guidance and management, revenues and profits doubled in a highly competitive market.
Prior to NexScreen, Mr. Heth built and led the U.S. subsidiary of an Australian software company for seven years. Mr. Heth has held consulting positions in project management and information technology for Andersen Consulting, and developed large-scale business systems, including a health care management system. Mr. Heth earned his bachelor’s degree in business from University of Colorado Boulder, graduating magna cum laude.
Vice President of Nurse and Caregiver Outreach
Tim Lerew joined the PCM team in 2006 as Vice President of Community Outreach. Mr. Lerew also served as Chairman of the Cold War Patriots Advisory Committee. He works to share information about the benefits of the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) and the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA) with nuclear weapons and uranium workers and their families. Mr. Lerew has experience in marketing and outreach efforts for multiple firms, financial and technology companies.
Mr. Lerew earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of the Pacific and his master’s degree in business from St. Mary’s College of California.
Vice President, Business Development, PCM TRIALS
Ellen Weiss joined Professional Case Management in April 2019 as Vice President of PCM TRIALS; PCM’s mobile clinical research division. With a strong background in the advancement of hospice services as both an on-staff patient advocate, and a board member for a prominent non-profit hospice in Chicago; Ms. Weiss has worked to deliver patient-centric services to patients since 2014. Advocacy for the accommodation of patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey has been a hallmark of Ms. Weiss’s working life. As an active volunteer for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association since 2005, she works to foster communication across the healthcare industry.
Ms. Weiss received her bachelor’s degree in History from Iowa State University.
