Greg Austin
Greg Austin is the President of Professional Case Management (PCM). Mr. Austin joined PCM in 2005 and has been instrumental in leading PCM’s expansion from a single location general homecare provider to the largest nationwide provider of specialty home health services with 15 offices nationwide.
Prior to joining PCM, Mr. Austin served as senior leader of strategy and corporate development at Dex Media where he was responsible for developing and driving digital growth strategies. Mr. Austin started his career with Computer Sciences Corp., where he led healthcare and life sciences engagements driving operational efficiencies, improving quality of care, and streamlining systems to maximize profitability.
Mr. Austin is a founding member of the Advisory Committee for Cold War Patriots, a community resource organization created to connect nuclear weapons and uranium workers with information and resources necessary to assist with their health benefits.
Mr. Austin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Metropolitan State University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado.

Charlie Billings
Charlie Billings is the Chief Information Officer. Mr. Billings joined PCM in 2019 with over 25 years of information technology management experience.
Under his leadership, PCM received the CIO Magazine’s CIO 100 Award and CSO Magazine’s CSO50 award, recognizing the company’s commitment to delivering value and enhancing security through its digital transformation initiative.
Prior to joining PCM, Mr. Billings was the Chief Technology Officer at LT Trust Company. Previously he held IT leadership roles at Dex Media. Mr. Billings started his career as a consultant with Deloitte Consulting.
Mr. Billings earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University, and a Master of Science in Management and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.

Christy Crase
Christy Crase is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Ms. Crase joined PCM in 2019 bringing more than 20 years of legal experience.
Prior to joining PCM, Ms. Crase was the Associate General Counsel of Payor and Commercial Contracting at DaVita. Previously, she held leadership positions with Baxter and Gambro. Ms. Crase started her legal career with Jones Day.
Ms. Crase earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from Regis University, and a Juris Doctor Degree from Texas Tech School of Law.

Brad Drevno
Brad Drevno is the Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Drevno joined PCM in 2016 bringing over 30 years of executive leadership and operational experience.
Prior to joining PCM, Mr. Drevno held COO and leadership positions with Urban Villages, Accenture and General Electric where he was responsible for developing and leading global operating teams.
Mr. Drevno earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from California State University.

Curtis Fletcher
Curtis Fletcher is the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Fletcher joined PCM in 2010 overseeing the finance, treasury, and accounting areas.
Prior to joining PCM, Mr. Fletcher served as the CFO for Local Matters. Mr. Fletcher started his career as a public accountant with Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Fletcher earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Wake Forest University, and a Master of Business from the University of Alabama. Mr. Fletcher is also a licensed certified public accountant.

Sarah Zwicky
Sarah Zwicky is Professional Case Management’s Chief Marketing Officer, leading global marketing strategy with a strong focus on home‑based, patient‑centered healthcare services. She has more than 25 years of experience across healthcare and life sciences, with senior leadership roles spanning home care, medical staffing, and pharmaceutical development and commercialization.
Earlier in her career Sarah supported marketing and communications at Maxim Healthcare Services and the delivery of home‑based care and clinical staffing services, committed to both patient and clinician needs. Sarah has led communications in highly regulated sectors, including life sciences, healthcare delivery, energy management, and AI innovation with leadership roles at EVERSANA, Dohmen Life Science Services, Johnson Controls, and broadcast news.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She is deeply committed to advancing care in the home by building high‑performing teams and delivering clear, compassionate communications that empower patients, support caregivers and clinicians, expand access, and improve healthcare outcomes.

Kelly Garber
Kelly Garber is the Vice President of Specialized Services and leads PCM Impairments. Ms. Garber joined PCM in 2019 bringing extensive experience in the home medical equipment industry.
Prior to joining PCM, Ms. Garber spent 15 years serving in various leadership roles at Apria Healthcare, most recently as Senior Director, Clinical Services and Marketing. In this capacity, she oversaw the activities of over 650 clinicians nationwide.
Ms. Garber holds a clinical degree in Respiratory Therapy and is licensed to practice respiratory care.

Jennifer Hoffman
Jennifer Hoffman is the Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Ms. Hoffman joined PCM in 2019 overseeing recruiting, benefits, and human resources.
Prior to joining PCM, Ms. Hoffman was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Spectrum Retirement Communities. Previously, Ms. Hoffman led a variety of human resource functions at MGM Resorts International and Caesars Entertainment.
Ms. Hoffman earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Utah and is certified in Myers-Briggs.

Voula Siderakis
Voula Siderakis is the Vice President of Outreach at Professional Case Management (PCM) and a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in strategic growth, sales leadership, and operational excellence. She leads PCM’s outreach efforts, builds strong community partnerships, and supports the organization’s mission to deliver high‑quality, client‑centered care nationwide.
Prior to joining PCM, Voula spent more than nine years with BAYADA Home Health Care, serving in senior leadership roles including Regional Director of Sales and Business Development. She also held leadership positions with Pacific Pulmonary Services, focusing on business transformation and growth initiatives.
Voula holds a Bachelor of Science from Saint Mary’s College of California and is known for her people‑first leadership approach and commitment to expanding access to quality healthcare.
