Professional Case Management operates a Help Center to assist anyone needing more information about PCM’s special health care services, impairment evaluations, or the EEOICPA or RECA programs. Many of PCM’s Help Center agents are former nuclear weapons workers themselves, so they have personal experience and knowledge in the specific issues affecting these workers. PCM’s associates can help workers navigate the claims process and assist workers who need information about additional services or resources available to them.
Help Center associates are available on the phones Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm (MT). Anyone calling outside of standard business hours can leave a message and an agent will return their call the next business day.
