This past October, PCM Trials, a division of Professional Case Management, was honored with the prestigious CSO50 Award for the second year in a row for outstanding cybersecurity. PCM Trials is a global provider of mobile research nursing and serves some of the biggest names in Pharma today, helping sponsors gather the necessary patient clinical data to advance to market life-saving and life-altering drugs. This was a remarkable milestone for the company, and it highlighted the exceptional efforts and achievements that continue to propel it forward.
Charlie Billings, Professional Case Management’s CFO and James McDonagh, Senior Manager of Information Systems Operations, traveled to the CSO50 Conference and Awards ceremony in Fort McDowell, Arizona, to accept the award on behalf of PCM Trials.
Each year, CSO — a premier security media brand — recognizes 50 organizations from across the country for their award-winning security innovations. Award entries are scored according to a uniform set of criteria by a panel of judges that includes security leaders, industry experts, and academics.
PCM Trials became the first known company to have successfully completed the integration between Workday and Azure Sentinel, a project entitled “Security Automation in a Cloud-Native Environment.” The initiative helps manage security threats and detects security incidents around the clock before they impact business operations.
